The founder and Principal of Block & Associates, LLC, established in 1987, Adam Block has completed more than 1,200 projects globally for restaurants, hotels, stadiums, arenas, golf courses, marinas, mixed-use developments, and public agencies. One of the world’s premier restaurant consultants, Adam Block has most recently worked on projects such as the redevelopment of the restaurants at the Sandton Sun Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa, a world-class resort. Since the completion and redesign of the restaurant concepts, the hotel’s restaurants have garnered considerable recognition, including Diners Club Platinum and Gold Awards, the Restaurant Association of South Africa Rosetta Award, and Johannesburg’s Best Hotel Restaurant Award.
As a restaurant consultant, Adam Block negotiates leases, advises on management systems, handles feasibility and market analyses, and provides litigation support.
